"The Alabama Urban Forestry Association initiated the Tree and Beautification Board Academy with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System to fulfill AUFA's commitment to prepare community volunteers to be better leaders," said David West, Dean of the Tree and Beautification Board Academy.
"Volunteer leaders who complete this series of training classes are uniquely qualified to return to their communities and implement sound community forest management plans to improve the health, safety and quality of life for Alabama's citizens". |
